2、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)志(zhi)的(de)(de)發放原則(ze)是汽(qi)油車(che)(che)(che)：符合國(guo)家(jia)(jia)機(ji)(ji)動車(che)(che)(che)第一階(jie)段(duan)(duan)排放標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（“國(guo)Ⅰ”）或(huo)以上排放標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)在(zai)用(yong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)核發綠色(se)環(huan)(huan)保(bao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)志(zhi)；不符合國(guo)家(jia)(jia)機(ji)(ji)動車(che)(che)(che)第一階(jie)段(duan)(duan)排放標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（“國(guo)Ⅰ”）或(huo)以上排放標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)在(zai)用(yong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)核發黃色(se)環(huan)(huan)保(bao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)志(zhi)。柴油車(che)(che)(che)：符合國(guo)家(jia)(jia)機(ji)(ji)動車(che)(che)(che)第三(san)階(jie)段(duan)(duan)排放標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（“國(guo)III”）或(huo)以上排放標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)在(zai)用(yong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)核發綠色(se)環(huan)(huan)保(bao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)志(zhi)；不符合國(guo)家(jia)(jia)機(ji)(ji)動車(che)(che)(che)第三(san)階(jie)段(duan)(duan)排放標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（“國(guo)III”）或(huo)以上排放標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)在(zai)用(yong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)核發黃色(se)環(huan)(huan)保(bao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)志(zhi)。
