蓄(xu)電(dian)池極板硫化(hua)如何解決
蓄電(dian)池極板硫(liu)化可根據硫(liu)化程度,分別采用(yong)小電(dian)流充電(dian)法、“水(shui)療法”、過充電(dian)法、重度硫(liu)化處理法等措施來解決。
對于不太(tai)嚴重的硫化,小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)法較為適(shi)用。先加(jia)(jia)蒸餾水使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液比重下(xia)降到1.2以下(xia),液面達到上標準線,接著用10小(xiao)時放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)率一半(ban)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),冒(mao)氣泡(pao)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓約2.4伏時停(ting)充(chong)(chong)30分鐘,再把電(dian)(dian)(dian)流降到1/4接著充(chong)(chong),至正、負極板都劇烈冒(mao)氣泡(pao)停(ting)充(chong)(chong)20分鐘,最后(hou)按(an)10小(xiao)時放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)率的一半(ban)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流繼續充(chong)(chong),直(zhi)至恢復正常。充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程(cheng)不能(neng)隨(sui)意(yi)加(jia)(jia)酸。
當極板硫化嚴重(zhong)(zhong)時,“水(shui)療(liao)法(fa)”和重(zhong)(zhong)度硫化處(chu)理法(fa)可發揮作用。“水(shui)療(liao)法(fa)”需先(xian)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),倒(dao)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)(ye)(ye)加蒸餾水(shui),再(zai)(zai)用特定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),之后反復(fu)充(chong)(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),直(zhi)到極板正(zheng)常。重(zhong)(zhong)度硫化處(chu)理則要先(xian)拆(chai)開檢查,注入(ru)特定水(shui)溶液(ye)(ye)(ye)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),倒(dao)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)(ye)(ye)沖洗后加入(ru)新電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)(ye)(ye),再(zai)(zai)經正(zheng)常充(chong)(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)和均衡充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
而對(dui)于輕度(du)硫化(hua),過充(chong)電(dian)法是(shi)不錯的選擇。用正常充(chong)電(dian)率一(yi)半(ban)電(dian)流連續(xu)充(chong)電(dian),根據電(dian)壓和(he)電(dian)解(jie)液密度(du)變化(hua)判斷(duan)是(shi)否處理完(wan)畢(bi)。總之,針對(dui)不同硫化(hua)程度(du)采取恰當方(fang)法,能有效(xiao)解(jie)決蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)極板(ban)硫化(hua)問題。
